Genetic Construction Pvt Ltd was established in the year 1996 under the able guidance and leadership of Mr. Jagbir Singh Tewatia. The Company has been able to capture the middle segment market of Faridabad by providing them premium flats at reasonable price.

In July’2006, the company changed its constitution from a Pvt. Ltd. to a Ltd. company with a share capital of 1 crore (approx.)

The company has successfully developed over 6 residential projects in Faridabad and 10 commercial projects in Delhi –NCR, Panipat, and Gwalior.    

The Company has over 35, 00,000 sq. ft. of planned projects in Delhi- NCR.

The Company has received various recognition letters for both residential and commercial projects both for the timely completion of the projects and for the quality of work.
